About Tim Allen Photography

Tim Allen began our business in 1982 armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in commercial and fashion photography and graphic art as well as a minor in art history. He graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University in 1981 after a fine art exhibition of his best work in light and shadow fashion. At this time he embarked on a photographic tour of the country. Some of our best stock images from places like the Grand Canyon were the result. This trip ended in Los Angeles which Tim decided was a nice place to visit, but the beaches of Florida made a better home.

Tim Allen Photography was then established in downtown Panama City, Florida where it remains today. We quickly became established in photography and advertising billing over a million dollars in our second year. Over 20 years later we have enjoyed continued growth and success. We are on the forefront of digital technology and are always keeping an eye to the future on how we can better serve our clients and creatively expand our corporation.

Through the years we have had the pleasure of working with many high profile commercial clients such as 7Up, MTV, and Westinghouse (see client list), as well as many brand new businesses which we helped to start out right. We have enjoyed the individuals who began with us for their wedding and have brought back the kids and pets as their families have grown through the years. We have adventures to recall such as flying through the majestic cliffs of Hawaii and swimming with the manta rays. Overall our business has been a tremendous experience of variety which is why we continue to do what we do best, create some of the world's greatest images.

We are currently members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, and Panama City Beaches' Chamber of Commerce. Our professional affiliations and memberships have included ASMP and APA.. Tim Allen has been published in Success magazine twice and recognized for outstanding business leadership, plus been the recipient of numerous awards in photography, and business.
